Artist Statement…

I feel residing in Montgomery County PA is a great source of inspiration for my art practice.

As an impressionist artist I work primarily in oil & pastel & focus my study on the beauty of simplicity, light & shadow.

The nuance’s of my work have a tactile quality that I strive to bring about in each piece, drawing the viewer in for a closer look. As a creative, I use many tools to perpetuate such depth & texture in my work. There is an endless amount of marks to be made & I try to explore different avenues to achieve this goal.

It is always my hope to have my audience experience the same excitement & enthusiasm I have exploring my surroundings and creating new moments in time.
